That information is used to create summaries, decisions, action items, next steps, meeting-scoped AI chat responses, and user-controlled exports.

Meeting content may be processed by third-party AI providers to generate outputs inside the product.

Answers in meeting-scoped AI chat are based only on the selected meeting.

Users should be able to review tasks before export, and Linear export is user-controlled.

Deletion, retention, and production security policies are still being finalized for public launch.
